Okay, first:
I'm not going to comment on you proportions or perspective. I'm purely focusing on the gore and blood aspects.

The blood spots on her shirt are placed at random and make no sense. There should be a large amount of blood near the bottom of her shirt since that's where the cut is. Depending on what you imagine happening to her, there may be more scrapes on her body (there really should be since she's dragging herself). There may be some blood smears if her hands were bloodied. I'd expect her to have touched her guts in shock before crawling away, but that's just how I interpreted it. Speaking of her shirt, I doubt a clean cut to her body would leave the edges of her shirt intact like that.
>Guts/Gore
Real gore isn't so bright red and pink. There are a lot of gray toned/low saturated colors. Typically pinks, purples, oranges, and some red and blue (blue is only in specific spots however). The layer of skin isn't actually pink or red, but has more yellows, oranges, and subtle greens to it. You should also know the organ placement, since that's off on her as well.
I'm going to stop here, since this is kind of long, but it's a big pet peeve of mine to see such bright red and pink gore. I'm not saying it's not possible, but it's just not common to have such bright organs. Rare even.

There's plenty of gore online too. Liveleak, actually, is probably *the* easiest place to find gore. Probably easier to find what you want too. There's plenty of guro artists as well, typically on Pixiv, that you could study from.

The only exception would be if theyre a masochist.
Going around nude would also be an option, but the degree in which this is frowned upon varies on the culture and setting.
Now, you see anon, a character that isn't supposed to stand out can still become a good character design. Look at No Game No Life, for example. The two main characters, while prettified to an extent, were still neets with iconic designs.
The colors you use are important as well as their overall silhouette. There's a lot that goes into character design and your character just doesn't cut it anon.
If you're character isn't any better than a background character, it's not a good character.
