I think it's fairly easy. Ask the blind person to explain music to a deaf person. Elements of the composition are distinguished by various traits which are simple on the surface but in composition they can convey meaning, emotion and aesthetic.

This. Put the color spectrum on a musical scale. Make a device that emits a tone depending on what color it is pointed at. Include sensors for colors not in the human visual range like ultraviolet, infrared, etc. Also include vibrato for polarized light. Blind people could hear more stuff than people can see.
Colour-blind britbong here,although I can see some colours,colours that contain red or green in them have those muted,so what you might see as purple is likely a blue for me,granted it's not the same, but you can't explain what those colours look like to me because I have nothing to compare it to.
