Use Clindamycin phosphate below 2%. If not work, try those with Tretinoin below 0.050% but the side effect is kinda nasty. Try the Clindamycin only first and go for the other if it's not gone. Last resort, should go to dermatologist.

These are just ingrown hair or irritation caused by to harsh shaving. Just use some mild foamy face wash when your shaving. Dont apply any alcohol on your face. And start to use sensitive razor blades.

I use Grandpa's Pine Tar Soap and Unscented Burt's Bee's lotion. If you can, try not shaving for a bit, it can be irritating to your skin. Get some sun, but not a sunburn. Ultimately, you want to clean off the excess bacteria and oil without overdrying or irritating your face.

Certain meds might help. For my wife, it was a type of birth control and something else.
Shave in the same way the beard grows, not countersense, after having washed your face thoroughly and with a good quality shaving cream. With the length of the beard, would also recommend using a clipper/trimmer before shaving.

I had the same problem, you're shaving too closely.
You're probably using one of those as-seen-on-tv 999 blade Gillette® Turbo Ultra Super Duper Pro-Glide™ razors. The first blades pull the hair above skin level, later blades snip the hair and it springs back below the epidermis. Your skin regenerates quickly and grows over the hair trapping it inside, and causing the infection.
Use an old-timey one-blade safety razor, exfoliate, moisturize. Obviously let it heal first.

uh, see a dermatologist. Looks like cysts or fairly bad acne. Some people just have certian skin conditions that make them prone to this shit. You can't make them go away completely, but a dermatologist can express the bad ones and give you something to help reduce it a bit, depending on what exactly they are and what's causing them.

Try cutting it out of your diet. I know 2 people that did that it it made a HUGE difference for them. Seriously, look at your diet. You probably eat like shit. Also, drink tons of water everyday. I bet you prefer soda, another problem.

Ty, i have seen a dermato years ago for a lump that was in the middle ( it left the scar in pic) he popped it with a syringe and told me to keep empting it, it wasnt an ingrown hair but eventually he didnt fix it....
