To be honest, since matter compression is a thing, and since any matter, confined to a small enough space, can become a black hole, and since in the center of a black hole, common euclidean laws don't work, I woulnd't even be sure heaven ascended dio could do anything if saitama just punched the air around him hard enough to form a black hole defense shield, disrupting the euclid space, this could potentially disable dios powers.
