>>767816037
What’s the name of the place you work?
>>767816070
Zing
What's your favourite beer at the moment?
Are you an alcoholic?
>>767816070
thank you for that
Do you have any gose on tap?
Why would choose eating at a bar over a pub?
>>767816123
my favorite of all time or my favorite that I have stocked at the moment?
and yes.
>>767816142
not on tap but in bottles we do.
we have 70 taps and over 75 bottles/cans
>>767816037
How many bloody tampons do you dig out of the trash to suck on?
>>767816037
Name every beer that you have on tap
>>767816037
Why would you subject yourself to working with an all female staff?
>>767816156
Maybe its a regional thing but i'm not sure of the difference between a bar and a pub.
the place that i work we have a scratch kitchen as well, so we server food too. its not upscale at all but it is the nicest casual place around. without being trendy or off putting to anyone.
>>767816037
Do you have bud light?
>>767816223
the ladies clean the womens bathrooms... so i've never found one. but if i did.... i definitely wouldnt suck on it.
>>767816261
check taphunter. just enter the name of the place i work and youll find them all.
>>767816410
What’s the name of the place you work though?
>>767816266
I ask myself this every day.
Some days are great, but there is a lot of struggle of balance between management and them. You just can't let them think they run the show.
Honestly, its something i didnt realize would be such a big issue until i already had the job.
Everyone is all synced up so the "shark week" thing is real. I choose to keep chocolates and candy in my office to help with that.
>>767816342
yes but only in bottles.
>>767816037
you guys have ciders too? or just beers?
>>767816580
yeah we have ciders on tap and bottles and cans
>>767816460
perfect. please continue.
>>767816554
that's not really true, periods don't sync up like that. they just want a week where you treat them all collectively better. google that shit if you don't trust me. it's a myth.
t. uterusfag
You suggest I look up your place of employment on tap finder, but won’t tell me the name of your establishment. At least tell me the state you’re located in

American microbreweries typically distribute through a wholesaler in a traditional three-tier system, others act as their own distributor (wholesaler) and sell to retailers or directly to the consumer through a tap room, attached restaurant, or off-premises sales. Because alcohol control is left up to the states, there are many state-to-state differences in the laws.[56] Following the federal U.S. government shutdown on October 1, 2013, craft beer producers were forced into an activity lull due to the closure of the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB), an arm of the Treasury Department. The TTB is responsible for granting approval for new breweries, recipes, and labels.[57] Interest spread to the U.S., and in 1982, Grant's Brewery Pub in Yakima, Washington was opened, reviving the U.S. "brewery taverns" of well-known early Americans as William Penn, Samuel Adams and Patrick Henry. Growth was initially slow—the fifth U.S. brewpub opened in 1986,[58] but the growth since then has been considerable: the Brewers Association reports that in 2012 there were 2,075 regional craft breweries, microbreweries and brewpubs in the U.S.[59]
Craft brewing is most established in the U.S., where changes to U.S. law laid the foundations for the expansion of craft brewing. The 1978 Carter homebrewing law allowed for small amounts of beer and wine, and, in 1979, Carter signed a bill to deregulate the brewing industry, making it easier to start new breweries.;[52] although, states could still enact local restrictions. As a result of deregulation, homebrewing became a popular hobby in the 1980s and 1990s, and, in the mid-1990s, homebrewers launched business ventures based on home-based hobby brewing.
TL;DR
Whats he name of he place you work?
>>767816803
Everything we know is a concept? Please explain...
>>767816969
FUCK I give in.... I work at yardhouse
>>767816696
I don't know that that is true or false.... but what I know is that there is a very specific 10-12 days where the majority of my staff tells me theyre cranky today because theyre on the period. The other two weeks out of the month i never hear about it.
The veteran staff and I have a very open sharing relationship (which i dont feel is uncommon in service industry/bars with your coworkers)
i dont treat them differently as far as the job goes, but i do have chocolate or gummy treats if i know im in for a lot of attitude from staff.
>>767817014

>>767816973

We'll be the judge of that anon. Post your tits
>>767816696
Wrong, the mcclintock effect is real, but the trigger is actually bar manager's guy here's male sweat and not just other women alone. It's the single women without other men to sweat on them that are getting sync'd reliably. Humans used to be able to smell and thus consciously detect this substance at concentrations as low as 0.2 parts per billion but for some reason the receptor has taken on a polymorphism that disables that particular olfactory receptor.
>>767818575
You have any cacao dunkels?
Freaking delicious

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Menstrual_synchrony
The period sync thing. It's not a popular idea right now, as you might expect the western scientific corpus has been pressured to drop it almost entirely as of 2013. But, everything from modern nomadic tribes to African tribal art point it to as very real, if mostly irrelevant to modern life in which women don't typically gather near few enough men to get a consistent signal going. The artificial circumstance of a bunch of women continually exposed over months and months to a single fertile man is the other half of the process. It's theorized this effect helps women breed more efficiently because it prevents a single male from monopolizing access to fertile women by tracking their cycles. Ironically enough this idea that feminists find distasteful is an element of very real female bio-power.
What is your favorite style of beer vs least favorite? I love stouts, but severely dislike goses (hardly enjoy sours either).
How do you respond to when a guest ask what your favorite beer is when they are looking for suggestions?
>>767820106
lol little tidbit from that
>Weller and Weller conducted a study with 20 lesbian couples. They hypothesized that contact within couples should be maximal and contact with men minimal compared to previous studies, which should maximize the likelihood of detecting synchrony. The women ranged in age between 19 and 34 years of age. This was the first study that did not explicitly use college women, but instead the women were recruited at a bar by a research assistant who was a proprietor of a bar. Unlike previous studies, they only asked the women for the date of their last menstrual onset. They then assumed that all the women had menstrual cycles that were exactly 28 days long. Based on this assumption and one menstrual onset for each woman in a couple, they calculated the degree of synchrony. They reported that more than half of the couples had synchronized within a two-day timespan of each other.
