Better bush up NEMA stands for "National Electrical Manufacturers Association" So the 56 frame designation dictates the mounting location shaft size and some other attributes. Westinghouse is a manufacture and and that is their PN. With the NEMA designation you can find a replacement motor from another manufacture that is a drop in part.
