i think it really depends on WHY you're vaping. Myself, I'm just getting started with it, but for a reason. Not some fashion bullshit, but I'm trying to get off tobacco. Patches and gums don't work with me so I'm gradually migrating over to vaping, then a little while after I'm completely on the vape, I'll gradually reduce the nicotine content of the vape juice I use until i'm on zero nicotine, and can stop.

Started vaping to quit smoking. It's been great so far, no complaints and no desire to smoke a cig unless I'm hanging out with a buddy of mine who also smokes, maybe see him once a month or so. I'm at 3mg nic which doesn't feel like a lot, but I've had 0mg before and it just feels terrible. Hopefully it's not too bad to just keep going on 3mg for the foreseeable future

For anyone interested, I started using FreeMax mesh coils. I was using Smok which were inconsistent as hell. Coil life was horrible. I shit you not, I'm getting 3-4 weeks per coil.
