Like if you understand anything about front line logistics in middle eastern warfare you know that getting supplies to the front line is almost impossible, it takes multiple people risking their lives mostly on the ground b/c especially in Afghanistan air drops aren't worth the risk to the aircraft. Trannies require a whole bunch of hormone treatments constantly, if they don't get them after being on them for a long time they go into withdrawl, so in order for them to be effective in the military you either need to avoid sending them to the front line (why put them in the military) or have people risk their lives by either fighting beside sum1 going through withdrawal or driving a truck through rough terrain filled with enemies to ensure they get their shots.
