Also, listening to podcasts at the gym helps. Cause exercising is boring as fuck.

OP has the potential for a solid body, especially considering hes got a good sized cock and the foundation for a glorious jawline, no-homo. My advice would be to drink only water from here on out. Coffee is okay too so long as you take it black or with very little cream and only in the morning. Diet should cut out all fast food and microwavable dishes. If possible cut out as many empty and starchy carbs as you can, drop down the amount of fat you take in, and take in at LEAST 60-100 grams of protein a day. Start doing light jogging 3 days a week for at least 30 minutes to start shaving down the excess body fat. Go to either /fit/ or reddit and find a simple 5x5 powerlifting routine. That is going to start thickening out your arms in thighs in a more aesthetically pleasing way, and will reveal more and more muscle as you lose body fat. If you fap often, try to limit yourself to either once a day or (ideally) once every three days. Edge yourself right before you go to the gym or for a run to help boost your testosterone. If you have low-t or issues with motivation, I would reccomend cutting any soy out of your diet temporarily.

If you absolutely cannot get yourself to cut out the milk or creamer, then either skip or cut out breakfast and dont have your first meal until around 11-12. Your body will make better use of the fats in the creamer/milk. Or, if you feel like you dont struggle with low-t or motivation issues, switch to Silk brand soy milk. The original flavor is high in protein but low in fats and sugars so it makes for a great substitute for milk.
