Looks comfy af. 10/10 porch. Would chill and smoke a bowl. Post inside, op
It's a work in progress, my girl just recently moved in.
bedroom is a bit too big and I dont like the kitchen / living room combo
if you like rearranging you could probably try splitting the bedroom and make the upper half the bathroom, then put the kitchen into the former bathroom
this would make the living room much bigger, room for a real table and more party stuff
You were right, the new layout looks much better. Thanks, anon!
Sims 4 have better view of world. While sims 2 has loadingscreen while going to other house or community loot. That is only difference which i can see becasue Sims 4 dont have as many expanansion packs as Sims 2.
That roof design does not look practical, especially over the porch area. Without some seriously over-designed gutter system water would pool up in between the porch and the house.
>fence out front but not out back
>fence out front is covering a tiny area for no reason, followed by hedges which do the same job
>porch roof slopes towards the center of the house
>mailbox not at the end of the driveway even tho it's a rural area
a generous 6/10
Damn, i ran out of money, had to cheat a little bit. What do you think, guys?
I also made the porch roof slanted and moved the mailbox like the anon said
This is the only solo animation i have rn, i hope it'll do.
i wanted underwear dude i dont like full naked people or sims :(
This is the best i could come up with. It won't line up otherwise.
It was originally flat, like in the first screenshot, but a wise anon suggested to make it slanted so the water wouldn't pool up. Not like it matters in this game, but i'm going for realism here.
Trash, kill yourself.
Now this is a true architectural masterpiece.
Here's the improved front porch. Wow, with you guys' advice the house is really coming together!
Here's something for the anon who asked for panties.
>mfw i have to pay $450 for a fucking rock
