I believe it could work if there was a lot of planning that went into it, to make sure it stayed single-party and not corruptible, the problem is I don't know enough about the inner workings or how someone would go about doing it.
If done right, then subsequent leaders could more or less stay productive and change a few things around, and seeing as how fascism is essentially national populism, I'm sure if there's a big enough issue then something will be done about it, even if it's not ideal.

Anyway, for cuckservatives I like to recommend Pat Buchanan's works followed by Hoppe's "Democracy: The God that Failed." Neither of them are fascist; Buchanan is a paleocon and Hoppe is an ancap-cum-monarchist but they'll help to deliberalize you. After that, or if you wanna jump right into fascism I'd offer you Mosley's "Fascism: 100 Questions Asked and Answered." It's a short little pamphlet, about fifty pages, about the British fascist platform. The Doctrine of Fascism by Gentile and the Manifesto for the Abolition of Interest-Slavery by Feder are also good. I'm a big Codreanu fan but I won't recommend For My Legionaries until last, it's a fascinating read and he has good ideas but the Iron Guard never took power or articulated a platform so it's of limited use unless you're into ideas rather than policy.

Not to mention that the parties tend to converge on the "center" of liberalism which is literally just rule by Jewish capital. Meanwhile a fascist "parliament" (I don't even like the word because it implies liberalism) representing the corporations would converge on the fascist mean.
