Sooo, uhhhhmmm, optimistic or pessimistic about this one?
When I first heard about the movie, I wasn't really on board with it. But when I heard Ron Howard was directing it... for whatever reason, that dimmed whatever vain hope I had for this project (and I unironically think Howard is a good filmmaker).
I'm just not feeling it, brehs.

Ron Howard knows how to make a blockbuster. He has been directing since the 80s. It was a career change for him based on advice he was given after Happy Days ended. He was politely told he didn't have the screen presence of someone like Tom Cruise, and the acting roles would dry up.
