This would, in the long run, help african countries.
Right now the constant stream of aid from other countries into africa gives the corrupt leaders no reason to help their people because either way they'll get paid by outside forces, if they had to rely on the people that they rule over they will have to stop sitting on their corrupt fucking asses and make life better for their people.
It annoys me so much whenever the leaders of my mum's home country take money and say they'll make changes but let shit rot, fuck.
