Preparation: you should stay hydrated throughout the day, before you start preparing for bed: place a diaper, 1L of water, 1-2 normal sized servings of alcohol vitamin c 1000-2000 mg and anything you need to get comfortable within reach.
1. Get tired
2. Drink some alcohol, not too much. One or two drinks should suffice. This can be substituted with step 1.
3. Get ready for bed.
3.5 Use the bathroom, this sounds counter-intuitive but trust me. If you need to pee, it’s going to make falling asleep more difficult.
4. Diaper up
5. Drink 1 liter of water quickly, probably within 3-5 mins, and take 1000-2000 mg of vitamin c
6. Fall asleep

If I do these steps, I will wet the bed. If I’m not wearing I will not, but I probably wouldn’t want to wake up every 20m. There’s a certain amount of mental conditioning involved as well. You have to be OK with using a diaper, and relaxed enough to interfere with your bladder’s signals.
Alcohol suppresses your diuretic hormone ADH and is a muscle relaxant and diuretic. Vitamin c is also a diuretic in high doses. Drinking water is for volume of urination, as it must reach a certain urgency threshold in order for you to wet. You need a good secure diaper too, otherwise you will leak which complicates the mental aspect of this. I have gone from bed wetter to dry at night to being able to wet the bed in diapers only using this method and some self-affirmations.

I will say though that your results may vary. I was a bedwetter until my late teens, and then it went away. I have had a few years to be comfortable wearing and wetting diapers and practice tricks like these, and it may be that something that caused me to wet while I was younger is still present. That being said, I don’t see why this couldn’t work for somebody who never had enureisis.
