I have 10 dollars to feed myself for two weeks. I need advice and help on how to make this last as long as I can.
As far as things I already have - I have a 4 pack of burgers, and 1kg of rice, some canned beans and various stocks/gravys. Some frozen vegitables and a bag of frozen chips. OH, and 3 or 4 packs of instant ramen.
I'm not TOO concerned - but It's deffinetly going to be tight.
Any suggestions on how to make this 10 dollars go as far as it can? Should I just buy as much rice as I can?

so you need 2 weeks of meals, that's 3 a day for a total of 42 meals
from what you already have it seems you should be good for at least 8 meals, plus a few depending on how many canned beans you have
what I suggest you do is to go online and check your daily caloric needs based on your body (BMI, weight, those kinds of measures) and then keep that number in mind, since that's what you'll be aiming for each day
you should make sure to get the minimum daily allowance of protein for your size, every day, the other major nutrients won't be an issue as avoiding them requires active effort
off the top of my head when it comes to affordable nutrition, the two things that come to mind are eggs, which are the most cost-efficient source of protein on the market, rice for carbs, and dry beans (much cheaper since they will require soaking before cooking, but beans are extremely nutritious)
I would try to focus on those three things. With a bit of salt, they won't blow your mind, but they are tasty enough. It will get boring, but you'll preserve your health through this period.
Bulk fried rice and beans, add cheap eggs for more staying power. I'm talking like a two pound fried rice dish sectioned into daily meals.

Bulk pack of cheap chicken
Bag of frozen veggies
Some chicken bullion
Disolve chicken bullion in slightly more boiling water than used to make rice.
Chop up your chicken and toss it in boiling stock.
When chicken is cooked toss in a similar ammount of frozen veggies
When veggies are tender enough add rinsed rice and cover at a low simmer
When boiling stops uncover and remove from heat
Pet stand a few minutes before fluffing with fork
Enjoy your cheap nutritional balanced meal
Buy $10 in ramen. Pasta gives you energy. By only having $10 I imagine eating healthy is out of the question.

Buy some small red beans, an onion, a ham hock, some celery and a green bell pepper. Pick through the beans and soak overnight. Discard the soaking water, saute the ham hock, put everything in a big pot with water and simmer it for a couple of hours. Serve with rice.
Have a small Crock Pot? Buy some steel cut oats, cook a cup of those with four cups of water for eight hours, voila, breakfast cheap.
Ask the market if they have any produce or protein that's not pretty enough to sell any more. If you're really out of cash, don't be proud.

No one would feel right about busting a guy who's taking a few bucks worth of food items, for all they know you have hungry children at home. Just don't make it so obvious that an employee is *obligated* to do something. Yes. Rice + foraging. If foraging is not an option buy the cheapest fermentable vegetables (probably cabbages, onions and carrots) & ferment them.
Rice is good but incomplete protein. Beans are probably the best/cheapest compliment to get all the protein types you require, but save tons of money and by dry beans, not canned, then soak them to cook.
Raw potatoes are also very good and cheap options exist, but some potatoes are overpriced.
Raw chicken thighs or quarters can often be found very cheap per pound but usually get packaged in a way that it would probably suck up a big chunk of your $10.
Assuming you have salt and pepper, some oil or other fat for cooking is ideal in this situation, otherwise most of your options will have to come from water-based cooking like soups and stews.
If you are lucky enough to have some other spices, there are lots of variations you can do with rice, beans, & potatoes with a little meat.
If you are hurting for ideas, check out 3rd world (where refrigeration is not common) country's most common dishes and you will find tons of variety of the cheapest and tastiest meals to prepare.

buy a jug of oil. add 1 tbsp to it.
you have hit protein carbs and fat in one meal. it will cost next to nothing.
some of these are unrealistic while others seem to be better thought out, but honestly I think some of you are not taking into account the amount of days OP will need to survive with only 10 dollars
any form of meat is a severe hit to efficiency, you can get much more bang for your buck if you stick to eggs for your protein needs
I would honestly focus 99% on rice and eggs. OP has a few hamburgers to break the monotony here and there. Also, while eggs are very rich in micro-nutrients, whatever shortcomings they have can be compensated by including small portions of the frozen veggies he already has, in several meals throughout these next 14 days.

Cunt $10 is heaps. Right go find a good fruit and veg place you already have some rice get potatos unwashed 5kg should be $2.50-$3 at a good place even cheaper sometimes. Potatoes rice beans will provide you with most of what you need.
So now buy some cheap fruit. Whatever is on special or damaged fruit and veg shops usually have a discount section.
Third cheeper by miles, not quite right style store they usually have shit in there real cheap.
If you had a touch more I'd say get a loaf of bread every couple of days find a bakery that sells day old loafs I've found them for 50c a loaf for wholemeal. Also if you live in a city with lentil as anything just go there get a free meal.

You can get eggs for very cheap. Very nutritious. Best bang for the buck. Breakfast and egg salad for lunch. Crack and egg in your ramen while cooking. Stir up. Makes it a bigger meal. Seems like you have enough already. Good luck

Your local butcher can hook you up with odds and ends if you assplain your predicament. Put these in a pot, fry em up on each side then add some water.
Make a stew using that with the following:
1. Veggies - Potatoes, celery, carrots. Cut these into bite sized pieces. Also, blend a few cloves of garlic, a whole onion and two or three tomatoes.
2. Spices - Salt, pepper, paprika, maybe some chili powder if you want a kick.
Toss all this EXCEPT the chopped veggies in and bring to a boil. Turn the heat to low and keep it simmering for an hour or two. When you think it's good, toss in your veggies and boil for another half hour. Eat this with some day old bread you can find for cheap. You should be able to feed yourself using this for a week or two, more if you serve small portions and pair it up with a side of rice and beans you mentioned.
