Depends on their status, if we are talking the average joe with no importance, I'd need about $100k to invest in proper equipment, relocation, disposal, etc. A private flight out of the US through drug lords isn't cheap.

I'm an underpromise and overdeliver type of guy and my concern would be that I couldn't go through with it. So I wouldn't accept a contract like that.
If given enough info to make the kill easy such as work schedule known routines, hobbies, do they own weapons, and they are low profile aka a nobody, 2-5 grand.
If I have to do most of the legwork or track the fucker down 10-15. High profile nothing less than 200k since I have a higher chance of being caught.
