If you're on heavy usage - wean off in increments of 5-10mg/day (more if you think you can handle it) and stay clean for at least a month before starting again. If you're taking 20mg or less daily then just go cold turkey.
Booze you can go cold turkey too unless you're a severe alcoholic.
Don't cut all of them out at once my dude, that's just gonna make it really hard. I'd stop the booze while you're weaning off the adderall.
Weed will help even you out while your body is adjusting to lower amphet doses.
