FIXED: The CPU is likely dirty, here's a step-by-step guide on how to fix it.
1) You want to yank the power cord from the power supply right away. Now plug it back in and leave the computer off.
2) Crack open the case (literally use a blunt object to smash the side open)
3) You'll like see some fans, you want to ID the fan that is pointing directly towards you, this is the CPU cooling fan, usually sitting on top of some metal plating.
4) Using excessive force, remove the fan from the base of the mother board. Don't worry if you hear some crunching and cracking sounds.
5) You're almost home, you've essentially opened up the top of the treasure chest and can now access the loot aka the CPU. It looks like a square metallice oreo cookie.
6) Pry the CPU from it's casing and use gasoline to clean all the grey-gunk.
7) Replace all components and boot up PC. The problem you had before should now not be a problem anymore.
Turn off the screen. Always works for me..
