I too shit in my shower tub.. but only because my turds are often so soft and sticky that I can't empty my bowls properly and wiping is a difficulty when there's so much soft sticky shit in my asshole.
I get on my hands and knees in the tub with my ass in the air and relax my asshole until it dilates slightly and I let the shower water in. I then squat over the plughole and shit it all out.
I repeat this until I'm clean.
Usually my turds are soft enough to just wash down, but if they're hard, I pick them up and toss them into the toilet next to the shower.
It's fucking gross, and I'm ashamed of it but I haven't been able to empty my bowls properly for years and years..
I have no idea what I'm going to do when I reach old age and I'm unable to wash my ass out on my hands and knees in a shower.
Also, my diet is fine, I only eat junk food once a month and I drink plenty of fluids.
