You get a moar hormonal response from calisthenics. But make sure to change up your variations like different push-ups, going slowly down on pull-ups. This makes the workouts more challenging whem they start to get easier if weights aren't available. Also ch3ck 'em

With calisthenics it's possible to get huge somewhat like Arnold if you use steroids. They only way to maintain a size like Jason Bourne is to watch your calories. Eat enough to maintain the size. If you eat more you'll gain more muscle. Eat less and you'll lose fat and some muscle.

/fit/ here. You won't get the extremely cut look that your thinking you'll get, or have any size. All that will really happen is you'll be able to do 200 pushups in a row.

Best combo is 3 lift days and 1 cali/body weight fuck around day.

Weights and calisthenics are both valid ways to exercise. Calisthenics requires a little more research and creativity though at a certain point. Madbarz is pretty good for this. You can get huge with bodyweight workouts with proper supplements and workout plans.
