I had phimosis too. I'd recommend holding your foreskin shut every time you pee so it balloons up. Your piss effectively cleans the inside of your foreskin. It sounds gross af but its the best and least painful way to clean it. Might take a few days to see results though.

2) It won't explode, when the pressure gets too high the pee will end up shooting out of your foreskin like normal anyway, whilst still cleaning. Just make sure you hold it tight the whole time so the ballooning carries on.
