It doesn't matter if it's flat or not. The Earth does not actually rotate.

If it's not flat, then it does rotate. 10/10 bait.
>>
>>767381442
do you mean, rotate making an elliptic orbit around the sun? or you mean, rotate within an axis centered in the earth?

because the first is called a year and the other a day
>>
>>767382463
It does neither. We have been misled.

Sure we have, btw your aluminium hat has a hole in it

The earth is the center of the universe. We remain still while everything else spins around us. If the earth did rotate, why has no one ever felt the rotation? It's because the planet is stationary.

you chose the humanities branch, didn't you
while you drive in your car, you don't feel like moving, do you, everything moves around you, that's called galilean relativity, and it's because of the origin of reference, but you do move
I could enter in more detail but I feel like I'm taking the bait... more than I already did

Tell me more please

>feel the rotation
>how does gravity work

When you drive a steady speed in a car you can’t feel the forward motion, weird eh?
>>
>>767381442
discs don't have edges, that's why the earth is a cubus, stupid.

The propulsion can be felt

If you accelerate

reference in space is very important, because wherever you stablish the origin, everything is dependent on it

so, if you stablish a stationary origin in the exact centre of the earth, then yeah the earth doesn't move or rotate, but the whole universe does without a good explanation, so it's not a good idea unless it makes calculations easy
if you stablish the reference in the centre of the sun, our star, then planetary movement is very simple, but then anything beyond the solar system get's chaotic and difficult
if you do the same with the centre of our galaxy, the milky way, the same happens
so in physics we just move the reference wherever it's most useful, but regardless, movement still takes place, that's why it is important to know how to translate movement and vectors from one reference to another... and that's assumming stationary references, but those can move too
>>767383286
read "steady velocity car", you won't ever know if you are in a steady velocity movement or still, because those two situations are the exact same to the laws of physics... that's why you don't feel the earth rotation, but it does, and it's easy to know why, just look at what happens to the sun, either the earth is stationary and the sun moves around it, or the sun is stationary and the earth moves around it... and given the behaviour observed in all the celestial bodies, planets do orbit around their star, without exception

OP has dubs, so you know that OP is speaking facts. The "Earth" as normies call it doesn't rotate, it shrinks and expands on a regular rhythm. This explains the Coriolis Effect and tides much better than rotation and the Moon. You can measure the expansion/contraction rate with a simple multimeter and three ears of corn. Physics is a Jewish lie.

My good man, I have two advanced degrees in stem fields. Don't mess with the bull or you'll get the horns.
>>
>>767384030
wow that's funny because I'm a physics undergrad, can you explain me exactly how to use a hilbert space to define a non euclidean situation? (like coordenates in a sphere)
>>
>>767383286
No, accelerating can be felt, since the Earth does not accelerate your point is moot
>>
The world is actually a square
>>
>>767384136

The existence of Hilbert space was disproven by the quantum-flux hyperferrometry experiment at CERN in 2015, but good try.
>>
>>767385010
existence of what? hilbert space is a mathematical tool, just like derivatives and integrals are
but I do love quantum-flux hyperferrometry experiments in cern, specially among young physics students

Two stem degrees still don't balance out how retarded you are for falling victim to one of the dumbest movements in the history of the world that almost eclipses the retardation of mormonism. Maybe this will become a silly religion as well. I'm all for it, but maybe you should keep your thoughts on earths origins to yourself when your at work and making ise of those stem degrees, eh? Retards can use a calculator too and you are no different, but when the retard with a calculator tries to tell you that the earth vibrates with no rotation then you kindly fire him for not understanding fundamentals of rotational vibration despite his two well dusted and crayon signed degrees.
>>
>>767385429
you fell for the bait friend, believe me it's totally impossible to pass even the first year in any stem degree with the flat earth bullshit, anything that can't be proven will only burden you, and that is so fundamental that the very basics won't be understood, and any stem field needs a basic foundation in mathemathics and physics
