ok heres what i typed out the other night:
>select shirt and make 2 copies of it (cmd+j)
>edit the levels / saturation / lightness of the shirt to be the same as the skin i.e. a dark red shirt will have to be brightened so the darkes red on the shirt is about the same darkness level as the shadows on skin - color doesnt matter yet though
>use the color replacement brush on the newly level adjusted shirt layer with a skin tone of hers selected and paint the whole shirt that color
>may have to levels/curves/hue+saturation again to get perfect skin tone
>use burn and dodge on this layer to accentuate curves of breasts, stomach / belly button, remembering to change shadow/midtone/highlight and the exposure level within burn AND dodge (burn to darken, dodge to lighten)
>also be careful of brush size and feather
>use burn on midtone or hughlight with light exposure and a nipple sized brush at like 50-70 hardness to draw a nipple then a smaller brush within it for the middle of nipple
>duplicate this layer and use color replacement tool to get nipples the right shad of pink (i usually source lip color) itll be too bright and vibrant thjats why we did it ona duplicate layer, then just make the whole layer less opaque
>now bring the clean copy of the shirt unedited to the top of everything and tastefully erase where you want to see. this step adds a lot!
