Getting high and playing Breath of the Wild. It's taking up most of my time now, the more I play it the more I enjoy it. It's been a long time since I've been able to enjoy video games like this, so it's nice that I'm stable enough to play 8+ hours a day, if that could be considered good.

It is incredible. I've played most of the Zelda games, and I can honestly say it's probably the best so far, maybe beating Twilight Princess which is my all time favorite. It's easily among the greatest games of all time if not the greatest. It's totally worth getting a Switch or Wii U just to play it.

Why is that? To me it will always be the greatest because of how different it was, especially compared to its previous iteration, Wind Waker. It was so dark visually and game wise yet looked so beautiful for its time. The combat was very good, perhaps the best and dare I say still better than Breath of the Wild. It feels more balanced and fluid, and I love the skills, they are so fun to perform. The soundtrack was extremely good, up there with Wind Waker and Ocarina of Time, and when Midna was dying was legitimately saddening because of the song playing. The bosses were cool and memorable, and the fight with Ganon was amazing, and seeing human Midna at the end made me fall in love. So I don't know if I'd say it's truly better than Breath of the Wild, but it will probably remain my all time favorite game.

It's only $299 which is pretty reasonable for a console though it does have its flaws. Also Dark Souls Remastered is coming out soon, but it probably won't be all that spectacular honestly, then Super Smash Bros. It's a decent console overall, and the only one I have of this generation.

I actually got in on the GameCube which is even more impressive, and it's easily the best looking game on that console. I also preferred it because it wasn't backwards because of the orientation of the controllers and Link being a lefty. If you have a newer console then I'd recommend getting the HD version. I haven't played it, but my brother has a Wii U and has it, and it looks amazing. I highly recommend giving it another shot. Also that is one thing that kinda bothers me about Breath of the Wild: Link is no longer a lefty, and as one myself that's kinda disheartening because that's how he always was.
