BEING A DECENT NEIGHBOR EXPERIMENT:
try just google their last name and get the damn number, give them a quick call (I am sure a Harvard educated student can afford a phone call) say hey you got a package that you took inside your front door, left by ups just come and retrieve it whenever whenever your off-work hours are, he will thank you or your sons opening the door with their long awaited package, this way whenever they see your homicidal teens running around or playing basketball they will wave or come out with some fresh lemonade, its called being a decent neighbor. I don't live in America but thought of this solution, the only reason i did not say leave package on the front porch was so nobody takes it and you get the blame for it later in between the call and him picking it up since that could be next day etc. And rather have you open door for them since that could be considered a favor not only that you keept the package safe for them but took time of your day to call and arrange for them to have it back in a honest way that they could be thankful for later.
