I support their right to defend themselves from what they feel is threatening behavior in the right situation. I think this was a tad excessive personally. I know and have worked beside a few law enforcement officers, to be clear i am NOT a police officer, and often in situations where there is multiple officers to cover someone will take position with a less-than-lethal option and make sure thats employed first.
