A few months now.
I've gotten a few deliveries here, and all it takes is a few seconds to post the request, so it's not really a waste of time in my opinion, and If I had the means to commission artists, I would be doing that instead. The only other place that you can really get anyone to do fetishy requests is /d/, but that's like finding a needle in a haystack whereas here there's a greater amount of artists. In fact, I've gotten more deliveries here than anywhere else.
