I live in Germany. Used to live near the great lakes in the US. Most I've seen here is probably 30-40 cm. Back home 2m wasn't unheard of. I could go another decade without seeing that much snow again and be perfectly happy. Total bullshit when snow's still hanging around at the end of April. Europeans are usually right when they rag on amrrifats for having stupid big vehicles but if you live somewhere with WAYY too much snow in the winter, 4 wheel drive is a goddamn lifesaver.
