Did you get this off of dropbox? If so its PDFs of books. Mainly the Improvised Munitions Black Book, CIA Improvised Sabotage Devices, US Army Guide to Boobytraps and the Anarchist's Cook Book. The only two worth looking at are the Black Book, US Army Guide and the Improvised Sabotage. The cookbook has alot of faulty instructions and is a clusterfuck to look at. All of the books are actually published and are for sale on Amazon. Nothing is illegal about them.
