Im a body builder and I can say 100% that none of those clowns got that naturally from a vegan diet. Every single one of them is using steroids.

Steroids are insanely destructive on your body and they cause your dick to shrink.

In order to body build the proper way you calculate your caloric diet then during a bulk phase you hit the gym and eat fucktons of protein (beef/chicken) and a decent amount of carbs (potatoes/beans/rice) then after bulk phase you do one excersizes and clean you're diet. so mostly boiled chicken and brown rice with broccoli/green-beans and that combined with calisthenics and cardio burns the fat that came with the muscle and gives you the desired look

Also guys reduce liquid consumption for 2-3 days before photoshoots to dehydrate and lose water to further define the muscles.

also for those looking to gym rat for pussy a mans height and bone structure matter more to women than muscles or even dick size. If your a manlet with a small chin dating is gonna be harder for you regardless of whatever else you do its just the way the world is.
