In all honesty though, it wasn't always like this.
I used to work a ton and made 45k a year.
Then I was framed by 2 cops and lost everything. Absolutely everything. Job, family, car. Everything. For some reason, the charge made it onto my record and no one will hire me. So I can only do this.

So the case started in Justice Court. They lied under oath. It wasn't a court of records, but I caught some of their lies on a cell phone. Tried to report them, but wasn't enough to get the case dismissed or file charges against them. I appealed it. Went to District Court. I had no money by this point. They reduced the charge to infraction which meant I didn't get a public defender or trial by jury. So I was forced to find the money to pay for my own attorney. which took me nearly a year. Then it went to trial in front of a judge. The cops simply came up with new lies. The judge found me guilty again. I appealed it to the Appeals court. They wouldn't take the case because it was only an infraction. I appealed it to the State Supreme Court. They wouldn't take the case either. I tried to appeal it to the US District Court, but they said it's not their jurisdiction. So I appealed it to the U.S. Supreme Court, but they said that by the time I was appealing it to the US district Court I should have been appealing it to the US. Supreme Court, so basically my time to appeal it to them (3 months) has run out. I filed a lawsuit against the police department and another lawsuit against the Prosecutor. Having no money I asked for a fee waiver, which was approved, but there were still some other fees left that I couldn't pay. So I'm basically working and saving up money to have enough to go through with the lawsuits again. I also filed a lawsuit against the store where the cops cited me falsely. Same story, no money to go through with the lawsuit. That's what I'm doing about the situation. Just sitting here waiting to have enough funds to maybe overturn a ridiculous case from 3 years ago.

Also, as an addendum.
The case was originally filed onto my DoJ records as a class B. But only then reduced to an infraction.
Infractions aren't put onto people's DoJ records. But if they start as a class A-C, then they stay on there.
So now my record says, "Amended to Infraction" with a guilty charge next to it. And that's on my DoJ record. So it's federal. So no matter what state I move to it will always be on there. Unless I wait 7 years to get it expunged.j By that time my credit will already have been destroyed.
I think about the cops lying under oath almost every single night.
Turns out the female cop who did this has no a lawsuit filed against her by another person she did this to.
