A brewerage would need to get brewed in some way before getting added to the mix but it just comes out of a cow
A broth would need to get cooked with the ingredients inside to solve nutrients and flavor out of the ingredients, but the sugar on the cornflakes just solves into the milk from alone
The right answer is a sauce, it's a liquid added too a relatively dry food to add taste and make it better edible
