Everything happens for multiple reasons, but I'll speculate that the two biggest ones were
1. Even more draconian monitoring of /b/ by LEO, who are always searching for new things to get them off
2. Alternative sites for posting such things. When it was all out in the open, 4chan pizza wasn't a big deal because it was mostly just reposts from can-dee-dall or wherever (along with femanons kamm wh*ring). But as the LEO's discovered the net could be such a great source for their child fetishes those source sites went underground, and the people who frequented them followed them and left here.
2a. Femanons can now use their phones to send pics of their underage vajayjays directly to their social circle. Girls can be more selective in their camera wh*ring, even as they're still driven by their desperate feminine need for attention to their holes. (I wonder if the FBI is using Snap etc. to build AI recognition databases of pussies they way they use it to build global "facial" recognition databases?)
Now all that happens is people sometimes post pictures of real sinks, much like the occasional threads where people post pictures of real pizzas.
