I am aware of that, yes. It still does not change the fact that, at its core and purest essence, both are practices that go against the idea of body autonomy. It is not something like cutting your kid's nails or hair, as both are body parts that grow back; rather, both male and female circumcision are permanently removing a body part without the consent of the person, which in my opinion is not right. Sure, foreskin restoration procedures exist, but they are not exactly free, not to mention the fact that you would still have a faux foreskin that is quite different from a real one.
Also, going a little bit on a tangent, it is hypocritical of feminists to say they want equality, yet they only fight against female genital mutilation and support abortions because "females should have body autonomy".
