Just listened to the whole thing because I was curious. Most songs sound the same. I just passively listened so I didn't digest the lyrics much. Are the lyrics the best part? If not, the album is aesthetically pleasing but nothing significant. You call me a normie but for some reason my two favorite contemporary albums are good kid, m.A.A.d city, and pic related. I think Kendrick put together an artful and biting picture of the street culture of his youth, and the Black Keys made a feel-good album that is filled with memorable songs.
