How'd everyone get started?
I was making a trip down to the south of France and I used to smoke way too much when I was driving.
Mate took me to a vape shop and I got a started pen and a few bottles of strong ass juice. On way back from France I ran out of cigarettes and couldn't find a shop so I started using it, needless to say I bought some cigarettes as soon as I got on the ferry.
But like the next night I realised I could use the pen in my room and not stink the place out, sat there chuffing it all evening and realised I actually didn't need a cigarette before going to bed.
Woke up and immediately started using it, and didn't need one in the morning either!
That was like 3 years ago and I haven't taken a single drag on a cigarette since.

You're just more likely to be allergic to pg rather than vg. Also if you have any vitamin deficiencies then you can get muscle cramping while vaping but is a really rare occurrence. I'd just say avoid the diacytl vape juice. It's the stuff with potential to cause popcorn lung.

Some websites have a diacytl free icon on them, some don't. You'll just have to find a reliable website. If you go to a vape shop you can also ask the shop owner and hope they know. For example I really like beard co vape but I'm going to avoid them until they stop using diacytl in their peach flavoring.

i still use it in my juice because it tastes way better and the health risk isn't really anything, there is 700 times more diacetyl in cigarettes than in vape juice, and the only real cases of "popcorn lungs" were in popcorn factories because they were using massive quantities of the buttery flavor, not really an issue tho so go forward and vape ye heart out

With an unregulated mod you have to take into account the resistance because there is no limit on the current. You have to make sure that your resistance is such that the resistance of your coil and the voltage output does not go higher than the maximum amp draw of the battery. Otherwise it can lead to battery venting or even worse, it exploding.

Most vapes contain some nicotine. Most vapers were originally smokers. Chewing nicotine gum only helps with ones dependence on nicotine and not the actual sensation of smoking. Personally, I say your next step is a cheap, durable, variable wattage mods. You can change the settings on it to see what you like. If you find that it's still not enough, you can move on to mechanical (mech) mods with Rebuild-able Dripping Atomizers (RDAs). These are coils you build yourself and customize the ohms with a constant wattage output, rather than altering the wattage with a coil which has a constant ohm. Ohm being a measurement of electrical resistance.

Gets rid of my muscle tension and relaxes me a bit. I can't say if it does much else pain wise. I have GAD so I find it useful. The biggest problem is finding quality CBD at a decent price. Well, what you’re getting with a cig is a myriad other chemicals plus nicotine that combine to give you that feeling. With a vape it’s just nicotine. I heard nic salts can give you a kind of head change but not sure. I personally can feel the nicotine in a vape, not as satisfying, sure but it’s something.

Also it may depend on your juice. You might find a flavor that allows you to inhale without coughing. It varies from juice to juice.

I don't like steeped juice personally. The shop I work at has a license to make juice so I get to play around all day making flavors. If I want all the flavors to blend into one like cereal or dessert I'll do a flash steep but fruit flavors I like fresh so I can pick out the flavors. Plus too much steeping gets crazy strong.

2. I have run as low as .06 in parallel and run .08-.1 OFTEN with no problems.
3. Original Noisy Cricket blew up alot cuz it was series only hybrid/poor quality and it wasn't marketed as a series very well/series wasn't as widely used so people built too low.
