Kvass is a Russian drink. To put things into perspective, if you were to regards Vodka to be Russia's standard beer, Kvass would be Russia's coca-cola. Super light, primarily consists of ingredients found in darker forms of bread (think like pumpernickel and rye) and raisins.
I'm rollin' with a homemade blend right now. Shit takes two days to make, so usually during the summer I'll prepare a batch every night so I can have something to drink every day. The stuff isn't too bad served warm either.
