What exactly is shit-tier and 'dirty'? It's the woods in fall, with lots of fallen leaves and branches. The creek doesn't look very dirty. The trees are nice. Guy's got a campfire and a hammock, a boat and a paddle.

You generally want a campground that doesn't have a lot of fallen leaves. They hold in moisture too much and can hide all sorts of insects. Similarly, the person didn't clear out all the branches (which are a huge nuisance) and clearly knows very little about how to set up a good campground.
The person's equipment just looks shit tier. Maybe you would know more about what I'm talking about if you knew more about camping in general.
