I work in information security. Part of my job is testing devs deployments for shit like cross site scripting, sql injections, lateral permission issues, etc.
About 3 years ago, the company (big company, you likely use them at least once a month or more) decided to hire a shitload of them from some offshore firm. They're basically slave labor wage earners.
So they come in and the first thing we notice is that these footprints start showing up on the toilet seats. I was thinking that someone was standing on them to hide shit in the drop ceiling, but it turns out that's how they shit. They're used to squatting, so they standing on the toilet seats. It was really funny.
Less funny was when I started testing the deployments and finding really rookie errors in their code and huge vulnerabilities, like glaring shit like they wouldn't sanitize their inputs on ANYTHING. So i gave them the standard "don't do this" guide for code, pushed back the code and told them to fix it. In order to go to production, they needed infosec signoff.
The little shitskins tried to go over my head and tell the head of dev "yes yes security said it was okay, please deploy". They didn't realize that I had to actually approve it on the repository. So after chewing them out they'd resubmit it and say they fixed it. There was NO difference to the checksum when they resubmitted it. But I said fuck it and did the tests again and found the same errors. They accused me of holding their project timeline back.
Anyways they finally fix it after a month and I approve it. It goes to QA and it turns out what they coded had none of the features that the biz dev guys asked for, it constantly crashed, etc.
Finally after 4 - 5 months they ended up all getting fired and shipped back to their shithole and we stopped hiring indians. They're too stupid, too argumentative and holy fuck they never stop interrupting you.
But the pooing thing was really funny.

But you're right about them being argumentative and dishonest. They meet none of our requirements (unit tests, coding standards, etc.) but will insist its done and will deny who committed code. Even though its all logged. We did a random tech screening of a couple pajeets from the hive mind and they both failed basic java questions. Map vs Hashmap, etc.
The best is we got a class uploaded by one that was "javainputter.txt" and was literally written in notepad
