Tried Hennessy a few months ago for the first time. Pretty damn good.

I put on some weight myself, probably from the beer. Then the other side effect for me of drinking is smoking a shit ton of cigarettes. I cough up blood at least once a week, but no health insurance, so fuck it really.
I pretty much began my journey into alcoholism as a slow suicide. Still going strong. About five months ago I started getting my act together a little bit but after that bitch played me I decided I was done with two things.
1. Trying to stay sober
2. Believing the shit that comes out of people's mouths
Alcohol's been the constant for me but then I dabble in other substances here and there. Pot when I have some and anything else that can get me fucked up. Here lately I've been enjoying speed.
I've had plenty of people tell me I oughta get sober and leave all this behind, but I don't see any point.
