Fag, ruining our fun. but he's right OP, if it's a picture of you or something you've copyrighted, get a lawyer to send them a copyright infringement letter, if there are repeated offences you can sue them for damages.
However if you happened to post this on any open forum which assumes the copyright of the picture you automatically loose your right to claim it as your own, the real owner of the picture would have to prove you did that though.
Anyway you're an idiot, this is why you don't post pictures of yourself on the internet, especially doing stuff which people could use against you.

You just post it somewhere and say 'this is public domain' or 'creative commons'. If the original creator of the item didn't actually post it however it can be challenged in court.
It sounds like she took the picture and posted it so you're not going to be able to use a copyright claim against it.
If it's something like revenge porn, you can contact the police if it happens to be illegal in your jurisdiction.

Depends on the situation and the local laws. If it's somewhere that you have expected privacy, like a bedroom or bathroom, it would be considered a crime of Voyeurism (most likely); but if it's out in public you can take a picture of anyone at anytime.
Still doesn't help on the copyright angle. The action of taking the photograph may have been a crime... but that doesn't mean you can use that fact to get it removed from a website. The police would have to open an investigation and contact the domain holder to have them remove it as it pertains to a criminal case.

it's designed not to overwrite the original and just create a new version... for historical sake. But there's a chance something will fuxk up and the original will be lost forever.
If nothing else hopefully the new image will replace the orignal on the googles... but once it's left ED and there is a cached copy on google... it's kinda too late.
