The Gorilla would win this made-up contest based on a few factors:
1.) Sheer speed. A grizzly is no where near as fast as a Gorilla. It amazes me some times when I see videos of people not able to outrun a grizzly.
2.) Stamina. Grizzlies are the top predator in their environments. They never had to adapt to being on the defensive and do not possess the lean muscles to exert themselves over longer periods of time. Hence why you see them huff and puff a lot. Their mating rituals alone should give you a hint to this.
3.) Sheer aggression: Sure, a grizzly charging you is bad. But should one pretend to be dead, the bear will lose interest. Not a male silverback that is the alpha. Piss one off enough and there isn't much a gorilla can't rip apart with their bare hands. I have literally watched one bust a whole cocoanut in his hand (one, not both). That being said, the gorilla itself is built to fight animals it considers a threat (which are many where it lives).
Claws wouldn't do much to distract the gorilla. Their hides are extremely thick, due to rivals biting and hitting them during confrontation. Bears are not built for that.

The largest gorilla ever captured was 5'6" and was about 600lb where the largest grizzly was 1600lb and 14' to the head.
