Experiment 13 was a giant anthro mare that was supposed to be a part of a Russian government sponsored research team's efforts to use fluffies for military purposes. However they failed miserably and the anthro became a nymphomaniac and a lot of the later stuff involving the character is straight up porn.
I did some more looking in the comments of his work and apparently the other people on the booru didn't like that all he did was hugbox when his name was Russian HUGBOXER and he didn't take kindly to the criticism and responded poorly and that seems to be part of it as well. I'm thinking what were they expecting, for him to suddenly make a comic full of fluffy torture porn?
Also, I think they (booru commenters) didn't like that his fluffies were Mary Sues (in their opinion) in comparison to regular fluffies. It seems that fluffies in his head canon are fluffies as they were intended to be when they were supposed to be finally ready for the public, not the mess we got.
