It's what is called a Jellenheimer in the fandom.
The basic backstory behind them is that one time an artist drew some foals in ms paint so poorly that they didn't even look like foals. Then someone in the comment section on the booru came up with the name Jellenheimer for the abominations. The original idea behind them was that they were the original mutant cannibal fluffy.
At some point the modern cannibal fluffies came along (regular fluffies with sharp teeth) and the idea fell to the wayside for a little while. Then they were revived to be used in weirdbox stuff by giving them psychic powers & other stuff and making them a generally unnerving eldritch abomination.

Prologue -

The little boy whined loudly to his mother, a plump older woman, who sternly reminded the child that if he didn't want to care for his micros, he should get rid of them.
He took a moment to think to himself, and eyed up the almost-empty micro farm he owned. Nearly two dozen micro-fluffies huddled together on a small island of gel, surrounded on either side by lakes of excrement, because the boy was too lazy to take care of them.
The boy licked up the micro-farm, and carried it haphazardly, the fluffies inside being thrown around and coated in filth. He walked out to the backyard, and tossed the container over the fence and into the woods beyond the family's property.
He climbed the fence and peeked over the edge, and surveyed the damage.
Fluffy shit was everywhere. The container was broken and most of the micros seemed to be crushed or torn apart by broken glass.
Chapter 1 - Freedom

He heard their cries of agony, and struggled towards the remains of their home. Buried in shit, he found a pink Pegasus - Candy.
"Candy! Jewwy hewp yu!" He used his hooves to uncover her back, and bit into her mane, pulling her free. The fluffy gasped for air and cried desperately.

Jelly rushed over, avoiding the broken glass. Two fluffies stood - one blue and one green, with a foal crushed to a paste by a big broken shard of glass. The blue fluffy's belly was open and her eye was popped.

Jelly returned to Candy and Forest, and the three of them rescued 4 other fluffies - two purple fluffies named Violet (with a blue mane) and Indigo (with a green mane). Indigo was badly hurt - her hind legs were both broken and she had bad cuts. Sunshine, a yellow fluffy also survived, and a baby blue named Sky.
Jelly put Indigo on Violet's back.
"Hewd nee find nummies and nesties," he said sadly. None of the fluffies protested.
Chapter 2 - cold
An hour had passed, but to the fluffies it felt like 10 days.
Jelly lead his band of micros further away from the fence. They ate the grass and dirt, but slowly they began complaining about sickies and tummy huwties.
The fluffies all shivered violently. "Smawty, fwuffy is cowd, wan nesties, wan huggies, wan babbehs back, huu huu" Sunshine complained.
Jelly pointed up a hill. "Fwuffies, up dewe, dewe we make nestie!"
The hill was small - it could be conquered by the single step of a small child. But to a micro, it may as well have been everest.
Their hooves began to bleed from walking on the hard ground, but Jelly ordered them to press on.
Violet, carrying Indigo, could carry on no further. Indigo slipped off of her back, and she collapsed.
"Indigwo!! Nuu!! weggies huwt su bad! Need west!" Violet cried.
indigo coughed and vomited blood, and her breath was laboured.

Jelly ordered Forest to help him cover their group in a second leaf, and had all the fluffies sleep in a pile, except Violet, who cuddled with her dead sister.

"NUUUUUUU!" Candy scree'd. "NU WAN NUM FWUFFIES!"
"Nu num fwends, smawtie," Sky chimed in.
"Yu num dose fwuffies or we num yu too," Jelly commanded.
The herd grouped around violet.
"Jewwy sowwy, viowet. Su Sowwy."
Forest dragged her away from her sister and held her down, but she did not react, only repeating wan die over and over, until Jelly took a bite out of her leg.

Forest started to eat her too, and soon the others dug in, crying as they cannibalized the sisters.
They were so focused on eating, they didn't even hear the stomps approaching them.

Chapter 3 - Monsters
The micros looked up, and all shat themselves in terror - an adult, orange feral fluffy stood in front of them, and his toughies surrounded them.
"n-n-n-n-nu huwt fwuffies, big fwuffy," Jelly stammered.
The big fluffies looked at the bloody bones of Violet and Indigo, and they all gasped.
"Yu aww no fwuffies.... Yu awe MUNSTAS!! Dey num chiwpeh babbehs!! Dey munsta fwuffies!!! Smawtie gib sowwy poopies!!"
