I had a bit of a run-in with my dad. I came home after a rather long day of work, got called in when I really shouldn't have been, friend didn't show up until 4 hours afterward. Anyways, he was a little drunk, and in a decent mood. Things lead to things, and we were playing music together, while shitty, it was a thing. He describes it as the best night, the most fun he has ever had. My mother calls down to him that it is time for him go to bed, this angers me. I then complain about meaningless bullshit, which angers my dad. He exclaims that I blew it. That I fucked up his best day. I fuck off for a walk, angry at myself. Blah blah. Complete anger at everything I stand for. My head directs it to the fact that there I was walking down a street at midnight. That I was alone. Things lead to things, I decide I will try talking to him for the first time completely. I kind of realize how shutin I am. How much I just hate myself for not knowing why I am just not happy sometimes. He still doesn't understand that, I don't expect anyone to really. Sometimes I think I am building it up too big for somekind of attention, pity I guess.
