I saw Fluffy threads here some years ago, but I only started on the Fluffy train last weekend. Something strangely relieving about it.
Protip: I work on a farm and would lose my mind with anger if someone hurt one of our animals (even the "food ones"). There is just this major disconnect between a 1,200lb beast that can pick its nose with its tongue, and talking fluffy ponies who throw tantrums and spray "poopies".
Frankly, its made me love our animals so much more because they're NOT like that. Even the faggot geese. They start hissing and I'm like "At least its not 'sorry poopies' or whatever lol". I dont know why people have gotten their panties in a bunch over this.

I've seen some stories where the "poopie baby"/runt thing is a subconscious instinct and the mare tries to fight against that niggling voice in the back of her head that's telling the baby isn't a good baby and it was actually causing her some mental distress.
The owner was apparently a high quality breeder, not a mill breeder, and didn't overreact like how we see in quite a few stories when she rejected her foal.
It turned out her instincts were right and the foal kept throwing up the formula the owner tried to give it.
The owner speculated that it was likely premature/had a congenital deformity/missing organs and gave it a quick death.

That's kind of why I like playing the digital versions of the game. They prevent you from performing a move that doesn't fit the confines of the games rules.
I mostly just collect the physical cards because I think the art work is neat on a lot of them. Also, just in case I ever manage to finally go to a Friday Night Magic event, I might be able to build a deck.
