One of my best friends has lost his father about two years ago. He has been smoking hardcore ever since. He used to sell and have a decent profit out of it but now only smokes alot. His "friend" dealer tricked him into keeping huge quantities in house by giving him some 1-2 grams, his mother is well aware of it and when i talked to her she said that her son has not yet recovered and is suffering from depression and she can't put more pressure on him. She regularly gives him weed money, their house is a mess, they have no heat and somedays hardly enough food. I've tried talking to him, explaining him that he's putting his family to danger but i just can't get to him. He stopped doing MDMA atleast, but he told me weed is sacred to him and doesn't intend to stop smoking. He genuinely believes that. I'm not even sure how to approach the problem anymore. If you have supporting documentation from another doctor for a condition (like your dad's glaucoma), bring it with. However, all I had to do was tell the doc I had bad arthritis (which is true) and the pain was keeping me from restful sleep. She looked at me and said, 'yep', checked the boxes on her paperwork for chronic pain and insomnia, and off I went to fill out the state's paperwork. There wasn't any sort of third degree or extensive physical involved.

I know this is STONER thread, not DRUG thread, but I'm in a rambling mood. Anyway, the second (this was my most memorable DMT exp) time I broke through I was alone. I'd smoked DMT a handful of times before, this time, I was 2mg deep on xanax. I can't imagine how far I would have been taken had I not been on in bars. Anyway, I took my hit and held, the feeling of DMT spreads over your body in a way comparable to whipits/nitrous. It washes over your being abruptly. So after holding in my hit for about 10 seconds and exhaling, I knew I had really done it now. The world went from the familiar to the ephemeral.
I stayed lucid for the experience, looking around what felt like my past world. When I closed my eyes, I ceased to be. When I closed my eyes, my vision was at first taken over by what I can only describe as a trapezoid that simultaneously occupied all space and a single place in my vision. It was simultaneously the greenest green and the reddest red. It then unfolded into the space (or lack thereof) around me revealing what I can only describe as an abstract female figure.
She said nothing. She looked like no woman I could describe, but her presence was simply for observation, because there was no contact with this feminine entity. I opened my eyes at this point.
It was at this point that I realized my arms no longer resembled anything I could relate to arms, but it was also at this point that I knew I was coming down. I went from feeling like an entity of no identity in what seemed like a different world back to myself in a matter of 5 minutes.
All in all, the whole experience lasted me about 20 minutes. I'm about at the character limit, so I'll stop here. Thanks for reading

I've never tried mescaline (I believe that's what's in San Pedro), but I've been curious about it. I personally think psychedelics are not for everyone, but I KNOW (not a matter of opinion) DMT is not for everyone.
It can be beautiful, but it can be super stressful to trip on. I would assume that the stress gets better with experience with the drug, but let's just say there's a steep learning curve.
