To clarify, muscle and a bit of fat isn't the same as being chubby. With there being muscle there is obviously strength as well, and with strength naturally comes endurance. Fat is necessary to balance it out, but it must be balanced. Too much muscle and not enough fat is just as unhealthy as the opposite. But I digress.
