If the popular vote were the constitutionally structured way to do presidential and not the electoral college... TRUMP WOULD HAVE CAMPAIGNED DIFFERENTLY. The results would have been different. Hillary might not have won the popular vote if Trump campaigned in California, New York, Texas, and the major cities in America (while ignoring middle-America completely).
