There is literally nothing morally wrong with being fat. fite me fgts
If you're fat, you eat too much and don't move enough, which makes you a lazy, greedy slob, and also you'll die early. However, there is literally nothing morally wrong with laziness that doesn't leave more work to others, greed that doesn't deprive others, or dying early. There are children starving around the world, but if you have any human decency at all, I'm sure you'd be more than happy to share some of your ridiculous excess of food with them if you could, and the fact that you can't is not your fault.
If you're fat, you're a burden on the healthcare system, and by extent on taxpayers. However, the burden you individually impose on any given taxpayer is insignificant. The problem is that the sum of many, many such insignificant burdens is a very significant burden, but you can't change that whether you choose to lose weight or not. If everyone simultaneously decided to lose weight, that would fix it, but if any one person could reliably influence the masses to action, there are much bigger problems that could just as easily be solved. So, no, you individually are not responsible for increased taxes. You're part of a collective that's responsible, but that's not any individual person's problem.
So, yeah, there's literally nothing wrong with being a fat unhealthy slob. You can reasonably expect people won't want to be around you, because you're disgusting. But hate is different from disgust, and they have no good reason to hate you.
